Goals: Organization of an interactive training seminar for the best partners of the company to develop sales of complex IT solutions based on HPE.

Result:
- Assistance in the development and implementation of a 4-day program of an interactive training seminar for sales and pre-sales teams, including: lectures, seminars, trainings, round tables, business case for sales of complex IT solutions based on HPE, team building, training video training. Assistance in the development of a scoring system for assessing participation in the seminar;
- A video film for sales of the HPE solution was produced;
- Assistance in conducting training on sales, increased the level of knowledge of participants;
Conducted interactive team games (strategic military game / intellectual casino / creative shooting of cinema);
- Awarded the best teams for the results of the project;
- As a result of the conference: the level of knowledge of the participants in the “Transformation Zones”, the techniques for selling solutions, the development of integrated solutions based on HPE, conducting multi-level negotiations with the Customer.
