Result:

• A 3-day program of intensive training and development of team management was developed and implemented, including: lectures, seminars, trainings, round tables, business games, team exercises. A ball system for assessing the effectiveness of participation in the seminar was developed.
• Conducted trainings on management competencies. The level of knowledge and skills of the project team is increased
• A business game “Sell Out Manager” was developed and conducted, which simulates the processes of behavior and management of situations in the retail network
