Tasks: Maintain merchandising standards on Apple’s company stands. Organization of “Mystery shopper” project for Apple promo-consultants.

Result:
– Successfully conducted 19 waves of a full range of merchandising services;
– Over 6000 software updates were made on demo samples;
– As part of the visit to TT, training was organized on the product for sellers of the trading network. An assessment of the quality of customer service and sales skills of Apple’s promoters was made;
– During the implementation of the project was filled in online-system and checked for more than 7,500 reports on the results of inspections.
