– Raise sales of Samsung audio-video electronics and household appliances, advise buyers
– Stimulate sales from the shelf
– Provide regular information on representation, assortment, prices
– Distribute advertising and trade equipment, promotional materials
– Provide detailed on-line information on activity in the outlet on a monthly basis.
Geography: All cities with a population of more than 1 million, 400 stores in Russia
Channel: Media Markt, Mvideo, Eldorado, Technosila, Local (regional) networks
Timeframe: September 2009 – February 2012
Results:
– Sales in regional stores are brought to a level comparable to Moscow;
– The annual increase in sales according to the GFC data was 27%;
– The share of the shelf compared to September 2009 by September 2011. Increased by 68%;
– A universal system of motivation has been developed, plus the categorization of promoter levels;
– Organized more than 10 corporate events;
– More than 120 different trainings on “sales techniques” were conducted;
– Line-up of Online-system of reporting and audit of TT;
– A cluster supervising system was created and successfully launched.
